Stealth Paypal Banking Setup Questions

Good afternoon everybody, i've manage to create 2 stealth accounts in the past to get back on pp etc, however it was under the name of two people I knew,however one of them got banned and I decided to give the other account back to my buddy because I wanted to make a better business approach the next time I made a stealth.
You can beat half of the tech setup used by getting an RDP, however now I want to make a stealth successfully without borrowing others information.

I've done a lot of DD on my end but am trying to make sure I got the most important details correct.
My question is related to both Business and Personal accounts.

For Business PP my question is related to banking
The plan is to create an ILC, buy a PO box(address), and get a bank account for my LLC to get both vba and vcc. Can PP check who owns the bank acc you're depositing too, I'm assuming the transfer would look something like (LLC name) > (mynameon LLC VBA), and that would expose me?
I've been fined by PP before 1000+$(live and learn) so Im trying to avoid trouble or my money being on hold.

On a side note, do you think joint bank accounts work? (Two names on the account)

For Personal PP my question is related to Banking aswell
The plan is to use VCC and VBA of a new bank in my name, P.O Box for addr. but I'm not very confident in this method though because of my name being on the bank acc.
I have read about using a Visa Vanilla Gift Card (the ones at gas stations), but I'm not sure if thats for VCC or VBA?

Am be able to withdraw and deposit from the attached bank acc? or am I getting the idea wrong. The VCC and VBA is for verification and withdrawal is done another way.

If someone can please enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it. I am a newbie so I cannot DM however my skype is on Profile.

It's not like the old days where you can just get an RDP, link your own information and have a freely usable Paypal account. Most RDPs have datacenter IPs which these days is a huge red flag for any company with security worth their salt. You want an RDP with a real residential IP, or at the very least a high quality proxy specifically for Paypal, and never use a different IP to access the Paypal account unless you absolutely have to. They can see a lot more information than you realize, I wouldn't even recommend withdrawing the money to a bank from that stealth account. One of the safest ways is to just buy crypto with the stealth Paypal money and immediately sell the crypto for fiat straight to your bank account via interac or bank wire or something like that.

Hi OP! US PayPal can't see the name on a bank account, so you can link any bank account and use it without any issues. But nowadays most new accounts require identity verification after receiving a certain amount, so you may get in trouble if PayPal limits your account.

Would recommend considering getting a stealth account on BHW marketplace. There are plenty of reputable sellers that could guide you through the process of getting back to business with PayPal. That may save you time and a lot of headaches

Appreciate the response. As long as ID matches PP I should be fine right?
I heard US requires SSN while CAD is voluntarily unless asked, I plan on using US details for CAD PP.
