Who are experienced please reply:

why their Direct Only offers (usually email submits) have way higher EPC than not direct?
how would you advice to organize if i want to promote Direct Only offers for my 1 international traffic page? It seems such page requires only locker?

and the bonus question: who switched from OGads to CPAbuild - worth it?

I think you'd have to make something custom either a locker or your own smart link that would redirect the user to the each specific offer based on their location/IP.

I made the switch from Ogads to CPABUILD and I am making a lot more, but I've read some mixed opinions here on BHW so you should run a test on both and see which one works best with your traffic.

I use their smartepc option with a content locker. I just left everything default as I'm not really focused on CPA but it does bring me some passive income from one of my sites.
