With such amount of VPS, with hard work you could do many things.
Do you own those VPS or do you have them like something temporary? Because if you rent them, and they expire at some point it will be a massive fraud unless you clearly state this in your sales thread.
I know how to create 100 VPS for free, but I would never do this because I don't have the requirement and the willingness of doing the huge effort of selling it.
You could set many bots on those VPS (specially if they are RDP), for example, you could earn a little amount of money with jingling or just pick credits in many platforms like Addmefast (although it's dfficult to bot them nowadays with the captchas in between, but still captchas prices are lower than credits prices) and then resell those accounts (or sell the use of the credits with an SMM panel which is something that many people already do in this forum).
As I've already stated a HUGE work is involved in this process. If you could automate the creation of the VPS with some kind of software it could be great. For example, if you create an simple script and automate it baed on with a headless server and then deploy with ansible it could scale really fast up to 100+ VPS without a hassle). Again, a huge work involved here.
