Is this site worth for continue or sell ?

I started a general adult niche site last February. Now I am thinking to discontinue it or sell it due to another busy schedule.
What I want you from guys is just advice, which is the best thing to do, and

1. Any place to sell this kind of site
2. How much do you think I can sell it for

I will post some stats to get you an idea.

• Domain 6 letters contain the main keyword
• 60,000+ videos WordPress (manual upload with excel files)
• Embed videos with CUSTOM PLAYER (no ads from the main site, clean mp4 links. I made scraper myself)
• Site weight less than 1GB (coz all videos get from external sources)
• Not monetized yet

I did not promote the site anywhere, no external backlinks (onsite SEO only)
Below all traffic 100% from SEO

I use cache plugins, so stats might differ a bit.

I never monetized it yet. Still getting around 1K unique visits. So I didn't try to monetize.

If you can monetized then you could pay someone to do the work for you depending on how much money you make then you focus on other jobs if not if after you monetize it lets say it makes say $500 per month you could then sell it on say Empire Flippers or somewhere else once it's sale up to a certain level over 6 months or longer

Your welcome another idea if you want to sell porn sites many very must wanted over big money in this area you could even try depending on how good you can sell contact porn company and offer to sell it to them.

I had a friend before who did that can't remember porn company name but they paid him like $75,000 for his site before.

Look closely at the Search Console Graph Screenshot.
OP, next time be more creative.

The analytics part might also be edited or otherwise bot traffic.

With 25K UV a month, no sane person would left it unmonetised.

I downgrade the server from dedicated to VPS, probably minimize the cost.
and do not wish to monetize till I get 10K per day. (otherwise totally useless)

If its Giving You goos Earning then you wanna Sell! If not and you want scale to that Level for Earning then do it and dont sell
