How much Monthly $$ needed for happiness?

Hello guys and gals,
Lately I was thinking a lot how much money would I need monthly for real "Freedom" and "Happiness" and what goals should I put to myself
obviously money is not everything but it is a big part of our life and the more you have you are more likely to not live like a "slave"

Anyway , what monthly net profit do you think would make you feel like you've got just enough to stop stressing and live in luxury?

Apartments in top location or a nice few story house in my country is probably around 1,000,000$~2,000,000$
So I guess net amount of 40,000$ monthly (I guess only self employed or big CEOs can earn that much here) will allow me to live in luxury and freedom while paying off slowly and surely my mortgate

Mostly sad I guess, young people having hard time buying house unless they both (couple) work 9 to 5 and have very little free life, or they are lucky enough to have parents help them to pay initial mortgage price

and yes, money can buy happiness, the happiness of not needing to care or worry about putting enough scraps to pay off all your bills.

I've been happiest when I istarted making 5 k a month.

There a certain point when you go over, it can be detrimental because things become "too easily obtainable". You lose taste for life and pleasure.
