Just search the forum for pbn set-up. There are many tutorials you will find
 
There are a few major footprints that you should definitively avoid, such as hosting, registrars, IPs, URL structure, design, content & a couple more, basically anything that would allow Google to link the PBN websites to each other somehow
Other than these, it's not really worth your time to keep track of any possible minimal footprint
 
One thing that gets overlooked if you are using a VPS install a firewall (CSF is very good https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/csf-firewall/) and make sure to block all ports except 80 and 443. This can prevent things like exim returning the servers hostname (telnet IP 587). A lot of PBN providers overlook this. Or modify the exim hostname.
