SMSPVA is not working for Telegram here, I don`t receive any confirmation message.
Is there someone with the same problem?

Worked for me in France.
have you been billed for those numbers with no confirmation messages?

I'm not sure, but some numbers won't work and you are simply not billed when it fails to return a confirmation code.

i contacted sms-activate.ru for this issue the response was logic they said that the the country of the ip adress of which u create the account need to be the same as the phone number country

so then i realised that they used all those sms provider reused their sim card again and again to earn more money to my advice for you guys is to buy your own sim card

If you dont get the code your funds are returned, so they don't use it many times to make more money. They recycle them as long as they work

nop i had used numbers provided by them and find that they already was been used by other people :/
