Do not put CPA, dont sell merch, do not sell anything, no affiliate. With 135k followers that are following you just because clicked " follow " for no reason, you are not going to make any buck going that route.
Your only bet is to do shoutouts 2-3 per week with 2-3 post daily ( recommended, but its not rule )
On 135k followers you should charge 40-50$. Remember this is approx not law. This is influenced by different factors.
Around 400$ is monthly profit. This is for genuine account with genuine followers, not bots, faked likes etc..
Got nice experience in this topic. My self been promoting led strips, 2 months ago, on page with 12million followers. Its was targeted nice and all that. I paid 700$ for that single post and link in bio. You know how many people bought it ?

I once did collab with big page, and we did a nice deal. All sales we got from shoutouts we will split 50-50 from profit. I got store and logistic and he instagram side. After 2.5 week and couple of posts he decided to stop doing that because no sales were made, and he was losing money, because he could make money for promoting someone else for green money.
All you got to take from this reply is - focus to page be as best as it can, and focus on daily posts, try to go to explore page etc.
On top of that try to do shoutout for shoutout and shoutouts for sweet green money.
