One termination - maybe doesn't affect. But multiple bans / terminations can lead to YT blacklisting your device. Just read it a few days ago. Can't remember the source though.
Either ways reset your device. Try creating a new YT and see if it sticks.

I dont know about mobile, but if youre on desktop use a different browser for the new account. If you use the same browser then clear cookies and cache.
The most important is to change your IP. This is where having a dynamic IP comes in very handy. Hate them static IP ISPs. So use a different IP.
And, like, common sense. If you add like a recovery email or phone number or whatever, dont add the same as you had on your suspended chsnnel. Even your profile and cover picures, crop them a little, edit them a little. The same if youre thinking of reuploading and videos that you had on your previous channel, edit them a little, cut a few seconds from the beginning or the end, change the format (avi to mp4 or vice versa).
Common sense will serve you well. Now go and conquer the world

You don't even need to clean cookies, nor change IP, nor browser (yes you can use one static IP)
but you can believe whatever you want..
For others: as long as you don't break YT TOS, and as long as your content is not flagged you are good to go!
In case you have 0 views on your video = it is content related, learn, test, edit, google, and as soon you fix your content, views will come.
But you will have to use another account for every attempt. Cheers

yes you can but be careful to not keep more accounts getting banned on the same pc again or they could blacklist your ip/machine.
few might be fine.
anyway you can use the same device, just do the following.
1. clear cookies and cache on the browser , restart browser and login to new account.
dont sign in to the old banned account again on same browser.
2. use a new browser and login to the account.
that is infact true, ive heard cases from others who experienced the same.
false.
if you use multi account container with firefox then its possible with same browser without clearing anything.
if you use same browser like chrome where one youtube account was banned before and if you dont clear cache and cookies and login to the newly created account, it will be a few days before the new account will get linked to the banned account and terminated aswell, even if you dont violate anything.
sometimes nothing might hapen but this situation is too risky.
ive experienced bans this way. and so have several others.

if you get many bans on one device or commit several violations, google can blacklist your device and ip and ban all your newly created accounts.
i've been using individual devices to authorize a large number of google accounts for bots.
when the limit of , logging in/authorizing accounts , were reached, all accounts were banned together.
more than 50 of them.
after that point when i create new accounts everything was banned quickly.
does not matter if i changed ip or cleared cookies and cache or used new browser.
the machine fingerprints was blacklisted.
the moment i changed the device, such as using a VM or a VPS, i could start authorizing accounts again without bans.

That thing about linked account you mentioned can happen, but if he is doing BH stuff, it happens anyway.
By saying 'it happens anyway' I can assure you that there won't be ban delay larger than hours!
And I also already explained about YT detection method, it is found in video content itself.

and a confirmed rookie too based on most of your senseless replies going on around the forum.
try getting many accounts banned on one device,
and it does not matter if it is blackhat or not.
yt will see you as a spammer and blacklist your device/ip.
everyone else here on the forum knows about it and has talked about it,
you can see from their replies.
there was also some post here, about some guy's , new and aged channels, both getting constantly banned after logging in to his pc due to his history of having multiple accounts banned,
when he makes new accounts or adds aged accounts to his pc, & even on a new browser or after clearing cookies and cache, they still kept getting banned.

while yt detection/blocking can be done by content, it can also happen by fingerprints.
ive done plenty of tests with fresh content made on game hack cpa.
there was a time when the game hack cpa content on my channel lasted for a week without getting detected and then it got striked and terminated eventually.
now i used a second and 3rd account to do the same cpa content, using the exact same video,
but this time the channel didnt last for a week, the strike came within a few hours.
i tried changing the browser , using a vpn , tried both new & aged channels, but to no avail, since the channels were still getting detected and removed quickly despite all of what i did.
i assumed that it was something to do with the content.
but later i used a vps that was running on a different ip and had different fingerprints.
i used the exact same content too, but this time, the result?
the channel lasted for 1 to 2 weeks again like the first channel.
when this channel got banned aswell, i tried using other accounts on a new browser on the same vps , but again, like before, it was getting quickly detected and banned.
but when i changed the vps once more and repeated this process, i was able to get the same old result again, as the channel was able to last for a week or more without getitng deteced, with the exact same content.
based on this A\B testing, it proves that google detects and flags even by device , not just content.
they can blacklist you by device/ip
so you are wrong.
So using a VM or vps is the solution? I’m experiencing the same prob and it’s driving me crazy
