Purchase TrustPilot Review Affect Google Ads?

I recently purchased a service on BHW: TrustPilot Review. After those reviews appeared on TrustPilot, Sales plummeted. I don't know for sure what happened. However, the recent unusual change related to the review on Trustpilot.
I wonder if this has any effect on Google Ads?
Any advice for me?
