What location are you running your accounts in? The price of mobile proxies often depend on the location. US proxies are generally more expensive, but you do have to pay a minimum price to get the best service.

It really does depend on the features you are looking for. But if you need many, I have read in some provider pages that they offer discounts for bulk orders. I don't have any idea of how much that could be because I only use 1 account and it fulfills my needs, but you should give it a try asking for bulk discounts.

1 mobile proxy can run a ton of accounts. not at one time though. each time the ip rotates you can switch to the next account
