Not looking for anyone to hold my hand...

I just am tossing around a few ideas for this domain I bought a few days ago. farmsinidaho.com - fair amount of search volume, when a realtor sells a farm they get about 3% of the purchase price, Farms can be $500k-$5M so there is definitely money in that niche.

Sell the domain outright to some realtor, start a marketplace, start a rank and rent, there are a lot of possible moves here.

What would you do?

i think the question here is how much work do you want to put in?

finding a realtor to buy is pretty difficult but its also your easiest move. (the domain idahofarms.com is going for almost 8 grand) so selling it for less than 5k flat out should be possible to the right buyer.

fully developing it could be more so much more profitable too. but again do you have the time and effort to do all that? do you want this to be your life for the next who know how long? especially if it takes off.

what i would do: develop it into the most rudimentary basic website marketplace that you think would work. spend maybe about a week on it then try to sell it to a realtor. this should bring you in a little more than just the domain name alone. or you could always try your luck on flippa.
