Freelancer to reorganize my Wordpress website

Hello boys and girls,

I'm looking for freelancer to help me reorganize my wordpress website.

I have this website for 7 years and I was using very old theme that was not updated for years since company that have created theme is out of business.
Major problem have develop because of very old and "very not updated" theme that just doesn't work with new versions of WP and I was forced to change my theme. I have install Astra Pro and website have start to work and everything is fine now.
BUT, since I have over 2000 posts and my website was organized around that old theme now my website and post doesn't look that well organised and "aye apealing"
SO what I need is someone to resolve problems like - to move sidebar on a right place, to add backgrounds, to add spacing, to add slider, to move some lines - to add some lines, etc, etc, all in all to do all this little things that are not that difficult if you know what are you doing.
I can do it myself, but I really don't have neither the time or the will and the nerves to google it and type how to
