I found few youtube channels that use clips from streamers and they are monetized, but here and there I see that they dedleted certain video, probably because of strike.
Anyway, my qustion is how to avoid strike, these channels are on youtube for a long time and getting millions of views.
Do you have any suggestion or I should stay away from that?

You can’t know if a video is monetized thanks to ads anymore ( youtube put ads on non monetized channels ) . If the creator of the channel that you talking about confirmed you that the videos are monetized , he basically used a YouTube « law » called the fair use . Which basically consists of commenting with your face or your just your voice the clip ( content you don’t own ) , you have to edit the clips too to make something original , like memes , cut , transitions etc... You have to be VERY careful with fair use , a lot of people are getting demonetized because it’s very blury . Some people only use like 7 seconds of each clip ( ex : dog compilation )to avoid demonetization .
I’m not responsable if you are getting demonetized , but you have to know the risks . Check about fair use directly through YouTube’s policy ; )

But like I said before . There’s not such thing as “7 secondes rule” but someone told me he was using it . I don’t remember what the exact duration was . Check fair use bro

You can also use Content ID monetization , by monetizing youtube videos with your own music royalties . You don’t have to be at youtube partner program , I tried only one distributor but didn’t gained that much .

Yeah looks like there is no 7second rule, it looks like depends on luck, will streamer claim or not? Reaction videos are okay, but I don't want to do that. Right now one guy getting over 35million views a moth uploading 30second clips from other people (gaming fortnite), I know he is monetized, I talked with him, he is pretty much new in this and he has no idea what he is doing but he is making a lot of money, even offered me cheap shoutout. Also I saw few days ago two more channels that do the same with dota videos and ofc people with compilations, there is no way that they are asking for approval.
Another thing I see working is taking voices from other videos and putting them over character from games for meme videos.
I have monetized channel and I don't know what is easiest to do with it to get many views, since subs are useless on that channel.

Yeah, the fact that he's changing the speech can count as Fair Use . Personally a friend I've been working with on yt , managed to pass the monetization tests ( october 2020 ) and be monetized for 2 months while he was just uploading memes compilations WITHOUT any comments or editing.
Can you talk to him more in detail? I'll soon create discord to investigate together, with people like you. I'm sure we can spot good opportunities with a small circle of investigators and why not creating new techniques for the BHW forum.
