Instagram Organic Reach 1%

Hey Friends.
I have a question.
I grow daily around 1k ( from FB Ads ).
I also get around 15k Likes and 300 Comments on every Carusell ( anime Niche ).
But If I try to post with hashtags or without it doesnt matter. I always have 1 - 3 % People see me who didnt follow me.
So basically I am limited from my Feedpost to only my Followers. Funnily my Reels are still working normally and can get up to 1 Mill Views.

Is this a Shadowban and how could I lift such one?
Any idea on what I am doing wrong?

I think my Content and Profile is really good and if my Feed would work I could easily grow 1,5k a day

This wouldn't exactly be a shadow-ban as your engagement is still outstanding. There seems to be no evidence behind hitting the explore page on Instagram other than posting high quality content that gets picked up by your followers (Which you are already doing). So my advice, keep doing what you're doing and hope for the best.

If I use hashtags I literally never rank them but they are still seen.

The reach and engagement look good on the account, Instagram has been limiting the outside reach for the majority of the users until the algorithm detects that one/many of your posts are getting a lot of attention from the new followers or outside your circle is when they would push it further.

It is low but also normal, it just means your account does not get picke up by the algorithm to push it to the explore page. I've rarely seen pages get 4-15% non-followers rate. What I've seen is either 1% or 20%-60%

Hashtags can be useful, they will help you reach users outside of your followers and potentially help you hit the explore page.
