Is it possible to appeal a domain remove from google

So I bought a domain and after a while I just realize that the domain I bought is remove in the google search engine due to DMCA. Then I check the LumenDatabase and it was removed in 2013/2014. Is it possible to appeal it and get index in google again?

Try creating a wordpress blog with 10-15 posts over a period of 7-8 days. Buy a gmail account and add this site to the search console. Don't use your real info, email, phone number, device etc. as Google tracks everything (This is to avoid personal identity in case of any legal issues in the future). Once you add your domain, search console shows error or penalties. Now, appeal and mention that you registered the domain for a blog. Don't mention any details about movie streaming site and act like you don't know what the site was used for earlier. There will be a manual inspection and Google removes penalty for blogs in most cases. The only thing to keep in mind is to protect your identity and not to sound like the old owner trying to remove penalties.

Well you are trying to create an illegal site that violates copyright so very unlikely you can appeal a DMCA penalty.

I don't even use Google when I try to find movies or series to stream. I just use Yandex.
