There is no way, unless you have a list of all the IP's of all employees in that team.
I have the IP list, yes
I was thinking the same but I'm unsure, the services I found are too expensive

You can block it from Google bots using a clocker but hiding from manual inspection is almost impossible. The employees can check however they want and there is no guarantee that you can hide from them.
I take the risk, but exactly because it's a risk I don't want to spend too much. Any idea which service could I use?

I've used Pretty links in the past. I don't know if it can achieve everything you want. You can give it a try.

this can be done with php script with checking ips list you have, or referrer based , after checking referral or ip you can deside what you want to show them, this is called content clocking, you can go it like this.
1. you will have 3 index pages for your website for example A ,B and C
2. your php script will check ip or refrer . (you will host this on landing page or main index.php page)
3. on basis of creteria you decided, you will show pages through php get content function.
here homepage (index A) will have only script code which will decide where the visitor will be routed.(Index B or Index C)

Site reviewers aren't always coming from googles network. In fact, many of their reviewers aren't even "employees" they're contractors and other none-google civies.

I’s tricky because Google manual inspection can be done by a person with a normal chrome browser from any part of the works.
So you can block the view by user agent, country or IP.
One option would by referer... You can catch where the visit is coming and if is a white listed source then show the image.
