Sending Bulk Emails (500k list)

Hello, i am interested in sending bulk emails, i have a huge list of email addresses and i would like to know the best tool to send a huge amount of emails per day + avoid it going to the spam folder.
What do i have to avoid doing and what should i be doing.

First advise... don't use your main domain.

Second advise... before buy a domain for mailing check that is not on mail black lists (google about it) if used previously for spam could be in one and to exit those lista is difficult

Third advise, prepare your mailing domain to pass as much filters as possible by setting correctly your mail server SPF and DKIM records

Fourth... if you don't owe the list most services wont allow you to spam that list you you will need to finde one mail rely service that allows you or well seting up your own server with a dedicated clean IP (check that also on blacklisted lists)

The once you have all ready the better thing you should do is to verify those email addesses to be valid before send (if you will use a third party server or not) as mail server may usually flag your ip an domain if you send a lot of emails to then with inexisten mail boxes (hard bounce)

The you need also to take care of what you send... the subject and the text... try to make them different on every send as much as possible.

And not less imorant... if you receive an span complain remove inmediatelly that email from the list as only a few complains can ruin your ip and domain

Get a server with additional IPs from somewhere like OVH. Install PowerMTA + Mumara/Mailwizz/Interspire etc. Set up DKIM/SPF/rDNS records correctly. Use IP rotation and make sure you warm up your IPs - don't try to blast all emails at once or 1. they won't hit the inbox 2. your IPs will be blacklisted and emails blocked before you can finish your campaign.

Clean your list first, then use email marketing service, don’t use your own smtp or even use your domain to do the deed…

1. Dedicated email server with dedicated IP's
2. Warm up for 1 full month with gmails specially.
3. Verify your mailing list free of soft bounce and hard bounce.
4. Spam keyword check of your content.
5. use Glockapps services to analyze delivery of your mails.
6. Mailing slow and low numbers is the secret of email campaigns.

Huge list means you have downloaded here or purchased online. this is very dangerous as this will be full of spam traps. better use ipqualityscore services for verification and plan the services.
