Is Term Explorer dead?

Hi!

I have wanted to test out this tool, was thinking of subscribing for 1 month to test and see. But I noticed they have a broken support page, and I think it's been like that for a while.

Is the tool dead by any chance?

Just tested it and it works just fine.

Looking at reviews, they are "solid", but of course, there is always something that I might miss.

Anyway, I have never used them in past so, maybe someone else might help.

Strange, I'm still not able to access the support page, says the page isn't redirecting properly. Tried in chrome, firefox and edge, nothing is working :/.

I actually was going to subscribe to them for 1 month but then I noticed the broken support page so it made me go hmmmm.....

Learned about it from an SEO blog I followed before. Decided to give it a try, but the non-working support page (might just be me) stopped me from subscribing to it. From what I heard, it should be a pretty good keyword research tool.
