I'm sorry for your bad experience. Here's our side of the story.

You contacted us via BHW PM, used the trial, and asked a couple of questions. This is a direct quote from the PM after your first trial.

Every time you attach an IP to a profile 1 proxy is withdrawn from your balance. Even if it's the same proxy. The only exception is when you got disconnected within 1 hour of using an IP.
You still have time, but you spent all 15 proxies, basically finishing the trial.

I added another trial to your account, 15 proxies for 24 hours.

We explained how our service works and even provided you with the second trial (which is 30 proxies total), so you could understand what we provide before buying.

We provide refund within 3 days of using our proxies, you contacted us on day 4.

We also checked all chats from July 16 till today, couldn't find a presale chat with you. The only chat we found was when you requested a refund and we also explained how our service works again. We never tell anyone about the "unlimited use".

If BHW staff wants to contact us and check this report, we are ready to provide all relevant information.

You cannot delete your Report Post as that is a staff action.

If you and the seller cannot come to some kind of agreement outside of this thread, as this is not a discussion thread, open a shitlist with proof.
