Hi Guys,

I have saved around 100k which I am willing to invest. I am not sure what will be the best opportunity to invest in. I am looking for medium risk investment with decent returns.

I want to invest this money in a team or a product or may be internet marketing.

Please don't say invest in stocks, crypto, real estate.

Note: I know this is not the right platform to ask for investment guidance, Though I would love to get Point of View from this forum.

Invest in startup business that is already successful but needs a money boost to speed up growth.
I though so, I tried flippa but majorly all the projects were highly overrated.

You've already ruled out some of the high returns options.
You can now either develop an authority website or start scouting for a promising start up and invest a chunk of your money for some equity.

There are some nice investment opportunies out their with steady and fixed high ROI, but you have to know where to look.

Do you mean something like SemRush?

Would appreciate if you can help in where to look part.

Build a social media agency, quick, simple and high profit

Why not reinvest in what helped you make the 100K??
Lets assume that it cannot be reinvested there.

I am looking for something that can be majorly outsource. Generally employees tend to steal the clients of initial phase social media agency.

You have a 100k sitting in the bank you mean?
No I have more than that.

Invest in whatever you want, BUT NEVER INVEST 100% of your money (Invest 30% max)
For this conversation, it is fair to assume that it is less than 30% of my saving.

Why not break the investment down? 50-60% low risk, 30% medium risk, and 10% high risk?

You want advice on investing but don't want people to tell you the hottest ways to invest. Seems a bit of an unnecessary restriction.

Spend $100k to build a mobile app and probably lose it all.

If you can’t figure out how to make money from zero investment then better don’t spend this $100k bro lol

My suggestion is find something small that makes money for real, do it over and over to find out its consistency first, figure out possible issues and then decide for yourself whether you want to scale that up using your money.

I do have some low risk and medium risk investments in bonds and stocks already. I think I am open to 10% high risk investments.

Thanks was helpful. Stocks and Cryptos were removed because I already have some investment in them. Returns are not something that can be scaled easily.

gotta buy low and sell high
Thanks for the input. I was planning to buy high and sell low.

How did you make the $100k?
Some investment in crypto got 10x.
