Animaker Text to Speech Youtube Monetization Questions.

Guys, I've been searching and reading but seem the answer is 50/50...
I adding some animation to my video are using Animaker Text to Speech since is more clear with the subtitle sync than my own voice.
I show my face and my own talking at the Intro couple mins, also at the end of the video or middle the video, all together maybe only 5 mins
The rest of them is animation with text to speech.
So, my question is using Animaker Text to Speech + my own face and voice 70/20 % like that can get Monetization or not?
