Digital Marketing Strategy Must-haves

I'm trying to put together my first digital marketing strategy and since I'm relatively new to this I want to make sure I don't leave anything out, that's why I'm asking for help.

I'm aware there's no one-size-fits-all as factors like niches / audiences / locations / trends / purchasing power / culture etc. come into play but in your opinion what should be part of a comprehensive kick-a$$ strategy?

If you had a great budget what activities would you go for? I'm doing this as a poll and everyone is invited to join and add a maximum of 3 choices, of course anyone can add their thoughts and explanations in comments, as well as anything I probably forgot to add in my list.

I also regularly make new content to satisfy user intent. I find reaching out to Instagrammers within your niche works really well too.

Don't forget link building - still one of the biggest factors in my opinion / experience.
