Not really, there will be always unhappy customers, 85% of excelent reviews over 5194 reviews, personally thats a great number.
plus, you gonna get a free domain, you won't lose nothing i guess.

Don't Do It!!!!!!!!
I tried to test this free domain service while ignoring lots of red flags on google reviews but here is what to take in consideration.
The claim the domain is free mentioning 0$ while they take 1£ lol.
I wanted to follow the liar to his house "as we say back home" since 1£ with a virtual card doesn't mean that much and guess what? an error came up and no domain was registered or any of the BS!
Be aware I suspect they're scammers!

First of you don't want a UK domain unless you wanna build a website / app etc targeting UK.
2nd they don't want you to use vcc. They want a customer with credit or debit card.
You don't know what you are doing.
To be honest with from what you are trying to do is called being a leecher.
So stop calling LCN scammers , they are not.
Lcn is a legit company.

Yoo My guy, let's keep this thread respectful =) maybe they're your friend or you work for them i don't know, but this is my experience and i have the right to share it here.
How do you know i don't want to create a website targeting the UK? you don't know right ? But the way you're attacking me for talking about my experience is suspicious and it sounds like you took it personally, why would you if you are not involved with them?
Me a Leecher? I have the right to protect my bank card info, while i paid for a service i did not receive + they took 1£ claiming they would take 0£ ?? this is not very honest from a so called "legit company".
While you know them very well ask them why they're misleading customers ? the screenshots are clear and i am not making up anything.
Stick to the subject and don't use Ad-hominem logical fallacy please.
The 1 GBP was for the email hosting buddy ! read carefully !

I too got debited with 1 GBP while the order total was zero just before the payment page (not sure if they are charging based on the user's location), I took the risk, and got this same page of manual review. After 6hrs got the below mail (one for each domain) saying my domains are ready to get started.
Logged in, changed the Nameservers, and disabled Auto-renewal for both my new domains (.uk & .co.uk)
It all works, but as others mentioned, they charged me GBP 1 while it is advertised as free, which is unfair!!

No it was not, i am just making sure that every individual in this forum would know what to expect.
I removed every option, and it was written Free, 0 pound, while they took 1 pound which is not a problem for me since it doesn't represent that much, but by principle it's wrong, unfair and false advertisment as the previous comment has mentioned.

My bad ! i dind't go through all the procedure (right now i can't pay internationally using my card).
And as you said It's unfair ! they should have mentioned it before. and i hope it was worth it for you.

Unfortunately no, they said that i will receive the funds in question (3£ since I tried to register the domain 3 times) will be released back within 3 to 5 working days.
