Hi guys,

I was just doing some random keyword research because I would like to start a website and earn from it and i was searching for terms that are not product related but basically jobs or local stuff like example; "dentist near me" as seed keyword and suprisingly the competition is low like around 10-20 Keyword competition (long tail pro)

Problem is, i dont actually provide those services but i'm sure i could rank my website with on page seo etc

Knowing what i know from the keyword research, how could i make money from this after ranking the site on those keywords.

The highest search volume is 5500 but the keyword competiton score is 15...which is great

You can contact local dentists and rent spots in the list,
just be creative, you don't really have to follow a set & fixed method to succeed

When you get your first lead, contact multiple providers and tell your story. Tell them that you may provide one lead for $XX amount of money. In case they accept then, just send them all the leads and start cashing out.

Some people do a prepaid business, like: $10/lead for example. The client gives you $100 and you will be sending them 10 leads, after the 10 leads, they will have to put another $100 for the next leads.

It depends on a lot in the business. Some may pay more than others and some may not accept the prepaid business, at least for the first couple of leads (to understand how qualified they are first).

So if I were you, before you start for a single business, get a list of 10 or 20 phone numbers before you start getting your first lead because you must close a deal as soon as possible.

Sorry to but in here but im intrigued in this too.
I have a question...

Now let's say i get my first lead.. someone emailing or phoning me saying they need my services... I'll have to then give this persons number to the actual business to take over and complete the job

But that means I'll have to first find a business willing to pay for leads because I'll be sitting with numbers and they probably go stale since I'll be running around trying to find a business to buy these leads

Also do i add my own mobile number to the website or just create a contact form.

You can rank number one on the organic listings and get absolutely zero traffic. You will need a GMB listing for the city in question.

GMB is hard to get im assuming because of the whole address thing but im sure you still get traffic by been on page 1.

Not on a local search.
You first have the Google Guaranteed listings.
Then you have the ads.
Then you have the local GMB listings.
Then the People Also Search For.
Then you have the organic search.

How much traffic you think you will get.

The best way to land business clients for Lead Generation is to provide value up front. When a lead comes through your website asset, reach out to a business owner on the lead's behalf asking for the same quote that the lead requested. When the business responds to your email, say "thanks for getting back to me... I'm actually a Lead Gen expert and I wanted to pass this lead to you for free... I have many [niche] leads coming to my site everyday and I'm looking for an ongoing relationship with a [niche] business owner... Here is a free lead to prove they are good leads... get back to me soon if you'd like to partner otherwise, as I stated, I am actively looking for a solid [niche] partnership...

You'll want to get a separate call tracking phone number for each website property. There are several options out there like Callrail, Twilio, CallTrackingMetrics, etc. Most phone numbers are around $2 per month each and you can pay as you go for the SMS and Call charges. Each of these options should have the ability to forward calls to your lead buyer's phone number and will track each call so you'll be able to prove that the lead came from your website property. Hope that helps.

The BlackHat method that is taught on this is to set up a Virtual Mailbox or a local mailbox rental that has mail forwarding services. Many people start these types of businesses out of their own homes and allow people to have accounts with them and use their mailbox address for business registration, etc. When the GMB postcard comes in to that mailbox, they should either forward the mail to your personal address or give them permission and instructions on returning the postcard for you.

P.S. I hear Google is catching on to the use of UPS store mailboxes, but there are still people who successfully use them. The trick is to not create a footprint if you are setting up multiple lead gen sites.

have you actually tried and have data to prove organic listing don't get much traffic?
because all researches from any tool show the opposite.
