I wanted to run some Facebook ads with my own, legit account, but I found out it's limited.
According to the /accountquality page, it has been permanently restricted from running ads because it's impossible to verify my identity.
I sent them my ID through the /id page and they accepted it after 2 days, but the account is still limited.
I remember there was a chat to contact their support, but I can't find it anymore.
I spent a couple of hours looking for it everywhere, followed every guide and tutorial available on the Internet, but the chat is no longer there.
Some guides say to contact [email protected] or [email protected], so I did that.
However, I got this postmaster reply from both: "550 5.1.1 RCP-P1 Domain facebook.com no longer available".
What the hell?
How do I contact Facebook support if there is no chat and the emails seem to be non existing?

Facebook is getting to be a big pain in *ss for advertisers. Maybe you should just buy an ad account

Well, thank you but I'd like to use my own account. It's not fake and I've never violated any rule.

there are so many real accounts getting banned without violated any rule. Facebook is trying to force people to use fake accounts now. :D

resetting an account or starting a new account will take a lot of time. That's why many people look to buy or rent new accounts to use.

Facebook has been really stricter on banning accounts lately. It's really weird, especially in your case of being limited for not really violating anything.

Get used to that . almost facebook will not care about you haha

Have you got this resolved? I have similar case, they accept my ID but then nothing

waited a few days then moved on, bought stealth fb ads accounts instead.

Nope. It's impossible to contact them.

Unfortunately at the moment they are trying to squeeze blackhat ads from their platform, sometimes their algorithms touches white ads accounts, but they don't care bcs it's too small amount. Sometimes you can't even request to check your acc. I would really recommend to buy accs. Of course it's up to you.

Buy a $300 Oculus VR. They have a Facebook support center with Oculus. They will turn your account back on when you tell them you are trying to use the VR but can't access account. After they unlock your account send that POS Oculus back in for a refund and bam! Account is back.

Are the Ads accounts based off the page or the admin? If so maybe make a new Facebook account make that an admin then get rid of the old one.

Currently not all accounts are allowed to contact support because of staff shortage due to covid, you have to look for some accounts that can do that.

creating a new account it takes a lot of time, you should hire a new account will help your work uninterrupted

Fb has always been like that and won't listen if they don't want to, even if you are real and all your business is white hat.
