Making a quiz site

Hello! I want to try to make a quiz site.
i have found out that i can use wordpress, and some says you get this quiz plugins to use? But what plugin should i use?

Is there anything else i need to focus on when doing it?

Quiz-hd is a good plugin I used that and ad inserter

In my opinion,
WP Quiz Pro and Quize are the best options as of now.
If I had to choose out of those two, I would choose Quize as it has been developed with monetization more in mind. Few changes to its CSS code and it's pretty good looking.

When you use quize or WP quiz pro, do you bother giving images used in the plugins alternate descriptions?
