AC Turns a Blind-Eye to Copyright Infringement???

While doing keyword research on AC, I came across a guy who has 200 articles posted that are word-for-word, copy and pastes, from ehow.xom.

Now, I realize the person in question has taken on the risk of getting caught and whatever punishment that would entail.

What surprises me is that AC published it without seeing that it has been scraped straight off another site, and a big one at that.

Makes me wonder if its even worth paying for rewriters if AC can't even tell that over 200 articles published by them are infringing on previously published works!

how do you know the ehow articles weren't scrapped from ac?

You can always submit a copy of your other article on AC if both belong to you and if you can prove that to them. It's possible that the eHow and AC articles belong to the same person.

Thats right, if you select the performance views option only, you retain right over you articles and post them elsewhere. That guys could have done that.

^^^ u don't have to just select performance only. You can still get upfront payments for articles you want to publish elsewhere, you just have to select non- exclusive instead of exclusive.
