Even the big ones in cdn goes down now and then, like CloudFlare, AWS Cloudfront or Fastly and so on .. Patience is the key here I think, if they have problems with their CDN.

I think it goes up and down, at least 4 hour ago I can still post an article on my website

For $25 you can get a high end vps guys. As I always tell everyone who asks me, learn some Linux!! You'll never be in this situation again. I feel bad for the money you are losing right now.

With a VPS you need to optimize the database and the firewall basically every day if you want the best performance. Too much of an hassle and time consuming

Is that how those guys get your money?

No you don't touch the db settings of a live site lol. These settings can be automated using something like docker, anyway.
