Gmail as PBN footprint?

I'm receiving all my domain renewal emails and PBN hosting invoices through my gmail hosted email accounts. Would google connect the dots to my money sites or is gmail safe from the prying eyes of the search engine manual actions team?
Am I being paranoid here?

Nothing is safe when you're using google's products. I mean if you are really being paranoid with google, use yahoo mail, icloud or yandex mail instead.

Attached files in Gmail can possibly cause some problems,
but I highly doubt Google will be using some huge resources to scan all of the emails considering them as PBN footprints
