If you do WordPress you will get less functions than this, but if you do it with custom design then all the functions will come.

This site is made with custom design. I have experience designing much larger sites than this

Check Joomla themes; you might get almost the same theme in Joomla!

I checked the website and I found out that it's using drupal. I was searching for such themes on wordpress but couldn't find any. Do you know any Joomla themes. I haven't tried Joomla before
