i’m interested on purchasing youtube video views

1. how much for 4000 watch hours?
2. How fast will you be able to deliver?
3. I recently purchased a monetized channel with 1K subs. I believe he also used SMM panel since he only uploaded 2 gaming videos to get approved. However, before I upload my first video, it got demonetized. But I still continued to upload quality content. My question is, can I upload a dummy video (videos of me streaming a game)and have it view for 4k watch hours and still be monetized?
Or will you recommend me creating a new channel?
