TextMe App. Use Vpn do Canada, when you open the app it will show you canada numbers for you to register.

UK VPN can register +44 numbers.

You should get a Canadian Google voice,
it works on Paypal and pretty cheap as you can keep the number in case of any problems

Textme app should work but also depends on what you want to do with the number. Most number provider apps will not allow you to receive 3rd party verification SMS.

Today TextMe doesn't work with PayPal. For PayPal, you need to have the number for a longer time. Not only for one verification because PayPal sends an SMS code each time when logging in. SmsPva doesn't have Canadian numbers to rent. Maybe try Google Voice, but I am not sure that it will work for you.
