I've looked around and checked, but can't seem to find a solid program for this, any recommendations?

Questions about BAS (Browser automation studio) :

• With the paid version, is it possible to create a script, to export it as .exe and execute it without BAS ?
• Do you have an idea why, on text element, it doesn't see created resources ? I created two resources & when I tried to add it, the soft doesn't see it. Is it because it's the community version ?
