"Hi we are looking for a CEO for our European & America Market,the salary is paid monthly,and the project is fucus on metaverse and defi,and it now on the preparatory phase.The first round of institutional funding has been completed.

2.Good appearance and manners
3.Lives in European or America

Why? They can decide who they want to hire, especially when they have something specific in mind. There is nothing racist about it. Countries have different cultures, manners, mentalities, moral values, work ethics, etc. Just a short example: I would never approach a customer with "hey dear sir" or "hey bro". I would always keep it professional and formal just because I learned it this way in my country.

I have met a shit ton of westerners in Thailand who have been victim of Thai business partners, who took advantage of them and stole money from them. Law enforcement there is a joke. And thats not only the case in Thailand. Also in other countries around there. Especially in poor countries the chance that someone wants to take you out or scam you is extremely high.

I am pretty sure the job post comes from somebody outside of the west. In places like India looking for white men for certain jobs is actually common, same for china and japan. They call it white monkey jobs or something like that.

Also the people who are so outraged about this in here would never complain about companies specificly looking for POC or black men in a job post, which happens in america all the time, the hypocrazy is hilerious to me.
