Automted message being repeated

Hi all,

I have set up an automated message for my ad with the campaign objective of the message, It was supposed to trigger a message once they click on an ad. But an Automated message is being replied to every time they send a mesaage. Right Now it is being very hard. Am I missing anything on the setting?

For that You can Change or Filter your Settings for Your ads or set an Quota for msgs to each click or per Visit something like that

Hi, the funny part is automated messages are showing in our message box only. Not in the customer part. It would be a great help if you could share the screen shot of the setting.
