In the future, I'll probably be flipping a business(es) for this amount (or more).
I would ideally not like to use flippa. They have a 7.5% fee, and escrow has a 0.8% fee,
So if I sold a site for $100k through flippa, I would be losing $8,300 just in fees.
Empire Flippers success fee is 15%, and that is excluding the Escrow fees. If I used them, I would be losing $15,000+ in fees
Of course, I am aware that these sites need to make money, and I have no issue with that.
However I am always on the lookout to minimze the amount I spend in fees.
Is there another marketplace that charges lower fees, and uses Escrow?
I'm aware that I'm asking to "Have my cake and eat it" here, but It's always worth to ask.
Thanks.
