HTML using your own SMTP server

I have account with a third party smtp provider.
They charge per 1000 emails
i currently use their web API to send plain text email using global email solutions software

I now want to be able to send basic promotional HTML emails using the same SMTP

I tried mailchimp but they have contacts limit...

I want an online or downloadable windows software that allows you to design HTML emails (WYSIWYG) and then enter my SMTP settings and send email to how ever many contact i want.

Any ideas

You can use Super Email sender with another smtp for that.

There is so many Provider who Provides Bullet Proof Smtp or Sender use any of it
