Facebook disabled because my instagram got banned?

man i've been trying to appeal, everytime i appeal it tells me to log into account and its impossible cause my facebook is banned and when i speak to a live agent they say my instagram has to be unban first but my instagram is permanently banned? it makes no sense they even admitted to saying my facebook is only disabled because its linked to my banned instagram even though i did nothing wrong ugh
