Why we can't see iTraders?

I lost 26 itraders 
It is what it is...
S#*t happens when software upgrades occur. Time to let it go and start new.
At least all of our posts, and the information on the board, are still available and relevant.
Thanks to all Mods/Admins who keep the board running and viable.
There is little doubt in my mind they have to deal with constant hack attempts, DDOS attacks and various other things people want to do to stop this site/community from existing.
Now back to making some $$$...

I agree....I worked very hard to get 66 iTraders.
People with a lot of iTraders have a better reputation......bad business decision

As said by harro earlier It's not a business decision, it something that happened by no fault of BHW, and like I said earlier if you have good itrader then most people will know who you are as they have done business with previously and if they haven'y they could just ask about you i suppose as someone will know about you.
No point arguing thats how its stays.
Someone who sold stuff and got positive itrader years ago could scam in present days.
I want itrader to be recent and since its the new year no time like refreshing it now.
If your a legit seller why worry about it. Silly. Considering you never really cared about it enough to notice iTrader wasnt actively shown since the new template change and thats over a month.

I had 298 itraders and all got lost just in a second
I truly respect the decision of the moderators but dont you think it is not a reasonable step as many service providers including me had gained these with a lot of hard work since the past 1.5 years
I suppose people give orders to service providers based on reputation,itraders and the service thread
A person who had gathered itraders over a large amount of time doesn't necessarily mean that he will start fooling people
There would be many who would have earned respect in even more time than me
Imagine this :There would many new companies cropping up in the market this year in 2010 for retail and say for example all the old reputation of big companies like Walmart gets lost in 2 seconds because of the new year
How would Walmart feel then??
I respect the mods here and they are very helpful but it is my sincere request to Harro to please reconsider this and give it a thought from another perspective too if you can
I have always liked your decisions and steps taken to improve this forum but please think once upon this
The rest is up to you as you guys are the best

One cannot give an itrader to more than 3 people in a day
suppose there are 7 people who ordered my service today and after completion I am trying to give an itrader to all 7 of them and it is allowing only to give itrader to 3 people
I would request you to please look into this

Moreover if this is not getting you irritated, could you please answer that have the itraders gone because of some database problem or the change of theme ?
If it is because of the theme then we can switch to some theme in which they can be displayed
