Hello! It all depends on your ability to run ads. If you can whitewash the cpa offer so that it is fully compliant with the rules of advertising on Facebook, then launch it. Just keep in mind that if you did everything correctly, you can get banned due to a large number of negative reviews and complaints about your advertising.
