Anyhow, let's say I want to top-up the balance. Am I paying you then you pay AdWords? Or am I paying AdWords directly? The ad says "an opportunity to deposit the account (with payment method)". But what does that mean in practice?

There is no funds on accounts.
In practice, this means that you can take a payment method from me (credit card, for example), top up it with my help and pay in adwords.

We are not selling threshold accounts. The accounts that we sell need to be replenished with funds. We are against any fraud.
