try to sell them ebooks instead. idk what niche your app is, but the "make money online" niche is always a hit for 3rd world folks. handpick some good free methods from BHW, set the price cheap, 10 bucks or something, and sprinkle some affiliate links on the ebook while you are at it. no way you wont make more than 10 bucks per day.

nope. but i am a third-world folk myself. i assure you the promise of online money is attractive to us. same reason everyone in India is studying computer-related stuff, for example.
if @Ekin is still around, another possible angle is using Ouo.io. pays 1,5usd per 1000 views, no matter from where they are. as long as his impressions are real, anyway.

again, nope. i do intend to give it a try in the future, combined with tiktok humongous traffic. (and ogads maybe). ut its listed everywhere as one of the principal alternatives to adfly, so i would trust them to at least not be a complete scam. you should be able to find some opinions on it using the search bar.
