I just joined 86 groups and want to post on their discussion boards, is there any mass posting scripts out there for that?

Also, it is a legit business, but do you think they will take it wrong, even if what I am offering is to help their group?

They would still see it as spamming i guess, it depends if anyone reports your post and you get flagged. They can pick you up on captcha even if you just post too fast and you will get a temporary ban. There is no wall poster bot currently available for posting to walls by id.

It depends what the individual groups and pages have set,
some have disabled fans posting on certain bits.
There is an option to do so if you admin the group/page
