What is there to explain? You build a niche business directory with WordPress, and start calling companies in that niche to sell them a listing on your website, easiest, most straight forward newbie method there is. Nothing to explain.

Register in some affiliate website, find niche-specific Facebook groups, forums, quora questions, make research and post some convenient answers along with the affiliate link, you'll earn much more than $10 day, but you'll have to keep spamming all the way

If I get to understand you well. You meant, I will have to contact companies via phone calls or email in other to engage/convince them on having to have their directory on my website. A few of my questions, person me..
How do I get those companies contact details?
How easy is it to convince companies to accept the offer I put out to them?
When you contact, I guess most of them will request a link to your website, to authenticate and see how viable your offer to them will help improve the the performance of the company in a way.Do you think these companies would be willing to put their money when they discover that your website is relatively new, at the budding stage with little or no chance to success or being successful?
I still don't get the key parameters of how this thing works, and will be more elated if you can put in more effort at showering more knowledge on this..

You build a directory on your website, then includes their business details in your directory.
You find their details in various general business directories in your country.
You can start by inluding the first 50-100 companies for free, then the rest see that you have other businesses that "paid" for inclusion, much easier this way. But as always, you need to work on your phone skills, it´s work, but it works.
Most companies that you contact, does not check whois and stuff to see if your website is new, do some free as I wrote above first, then charge a small price for the next 2-300, after that raise your price a bit.

Register for Shutterstock contributor, upload photos related to your work. For example, if you work on a construction site, take photos of heavy equipment, workers, etc and upload them. You will earn 0.1$ per download
Also OP to add to this gem, keep in mind that the traffic part is the easiest part of the puzzle. You might fail with creating acc, setting up domain/hosting or copy pasting someone's content, but only complete morons will not have 100k unique visitors per mo. Good luck!

Yeah getting traffic is easy if the topic/niche is a high traffic one. For example:
- Lottery results. Millions are searching for lotto results everyday. All you had to do is to copy the results from the official lottery site and surround it with some regurgitated content. Takes hardly any effort and there are sites getting a million PVs a month doing this.
- ZIP codes. "City/state" + ZIP code gets thousands of searches everyday (e.g. "New York City ZIP code" gets 33,000 searches a month according to Semrush). Just create a simple site with tables of ZIP codes of cities and states (use Tablepress plugin). There are websites with only ZIP codes and hardly any other content that get 100k to millions of PVs a month.
Of course, you can also put display ads but I don't know if Ezoic will accept thin content sites like I mentioned. But Adsense is fine.
