But today I wanted to present here something I was formulating for quite a while.

And with all the above being said - the idea is as simple as "digital marketing team"

As the corona showed us physical presence is an archaic approach. I am sure it is possible to create a platform for digital marketers to cooperate together and that way produce more value and see results faster and with a higher efficiency

At the moment this forum is a model of how a really large community of people can cooperate together. Even think together. We all here want to make more money, and we use the forum to find inspiration, learn or ask for help. That is where we find collective thinking in real action. And that's how, maybe, we humans can still compete with the machines

But the hypothesis is not enough to make money. Big guys make money with money. Because in fact, all that you need to make things move is the coins.

Introducing Godo - a team of digital marketers who use crowd technology approaches in order to maximize their profits. Are you testing one method a week? Are you banking from something but struggling to find time for scaling? By uniting into a team we can perform much more tests, minimize costs, quickly find working hypothesis and be the first to squeeze them.

Sounds good, uh? But how it can work in real life and without an office and an archaic paper contract?

Let me show you an example.
Let's say we have 10 different methods or hypothesis. This can be various FB niches (target audience + offer + certain creo) or even simpler that can be 10 different method threads on this forum. OK, what's next? Fact is, in order to check 10 method's all what we need is money. None of us wants to burn the time testing dead or oversaturated methods, I would prefer to pay 10$ and see a report with the main thing - ROI. If I like the ROI I will invest more...
So what I did is I created a crowdfunding platform where anyone can post projects. The mechanics are - project = hypothesis (method). let's say we are a team of digital marketers who want to check a certain method, what we do is each of us gives 10$ and after a week each one receives a detailed report with the method being tested

I hope I can create a marketplace thread on this forum where I will invite people to join the Godo team.

If you want to start an affiliate system, my advice is do it like Clickbank
Share %50-%80 of profit to affiliate and %20-50% for yourself, and be clear about it.
I think this will attract more people and on long run you will be making even more,

I can see this kind of site being monetized better with sponsored gigs (third parties paying to post a job, etc)

I have tested various traffic sources and I am growing the facebook group

On this screenshot from GA, I can see some organic traffic. Is it coming from the Google SERP? Well, that's quite surprising for me, since I haven't done anything for SEO the domain is super new and I have not posted any content.
Does this "organic" mean that is really coming from search? If so I think it looks like its worth investing in some SEO

So far my plan is to utilize youtube, Facebook, and Instagram to drive the traffic for the website.
I am growing a Facebook group. I am running a giveaway. Workers are manually inviting people to the group plus reposting the "giveaway" post to other groups.
I am re-uploading videos to youtube using about one hundred accounts. The plan is to grow that to 1k (as tested previously one account can get up to 100+ unique views per month) and add some intro to each video promoting the Facebook giveaway.
Plus the upcoming month I am going to try Instagram influencer marketing to promote the website and also for some instant CPA money, I hope that can still be effective.

ah.. and by the way, the crowdfunding section of the platform is live.

Yeah, things are getting complicated. I am trying to go for the long game but also trying not to give up the quick cash methods. So trying to sit on both chairs... That has its disadvantages. I am still running the crowd-tasking platform and I am going to continue that, that's the long game. Also going to create a blog to try to get some SEO traffic. I have launched a crowdfunding section of the website for the team members to be able to collaborate together and perform marketing tests... (check the posts above I was talking much more in detail about that.)

So right now I am doing
1) Running a crowd-tasking website for the newbies in internet marketing and people who want to make some quick small cash
2) Running a crowdfunding platform to bring the possibility of a collaboration between the participants of the IM team (read more above).
3) Doing youtube reuploading (this month I had 34k youtube views, going to scale that up at least 10x times and start monetizing)
4) Testing ADB IG botting with real devices. The plan is to run the bot on the devices of the workers from my crowd-tasking platform. Everything is already setup but I am deciding on which monetization method to stick with
5) Content locking + CPA + influencer marketing

But more importantly, soon I am going to make an official launch of my internet marketing team service. Speaking more particularly I will run a beta test for my service (available in the Jr VIP section), I will give away 10$ for 10 people (100$ in total), for this money the clients would be allowed to choose a product, traffic source, creatives, and a test would be performed on the given budget (as I said, 100$ in this case). The participants would be asked to make a review of my service as in the future I plan and hope to launch a marketplace thread on this forum. I will offer my service of a "distributed" internet marketing team where you can TEAM(!) invest in testing various hypotheses (team media buying). this will be done using the crowdfunding platform and me and my workers to organize everything so that for the investor's everything is automated and they just get the information (results of the test campaign or report) and the money is 97% spent on the ads.

I don't do reupload, but wanna find the best way to kickstart original video. but, if I get the trick, I'll do some test with short 1-2 min video reupload but make it fairuse. I wanna see how analytic with the trick. I can message you if you didn't bother of this question.

How do you get these 'jobs' to give your users?

Slowly - slowly things are moving.
I did not invest time or money into paid ads for the past month+. Decided to see how it goes on its own. And what I see is that somehow people tend to find my platform on their own. Some through my FB group, but looks like most of the new users are invited by the existing workers who are making some cash with my platform, even though the referral system on my website so far is crap. I am going to work on a major update of the referral system soon...


Even more importantly, soon, I am going to bring this game to a new level, as far as I can see...
I want to introduce a semi-automated approach to completing the tasks for my workers.
I found a website, an old and well-known platform that offers tasks of completing actions on Instagram and TikTok (likes, subscriptions, views, etc). And the main thing is that these people offer API for receiving and submitting tasks. Also, I have access to an ADB Instagram bot that can automate the mentioned above actions on real devices, and I already tested this automation through the internet (means I have a controlling server somewhere on my side and the real device which is being automated {the worker's device} can be in another part of the world while being controlled by me through the web.) When the above strategy is implemented, I believe it can give get my platform to the next level.
So the scheme is like this
* get the task via API from the third part platform -> pass the task to my redistribution server that launches ADB bot on one of my worker's real devices -> complete the task using the workers account -> submit the task via API on the third-party platform -> get paid -> increase the worker's balance on mine platform.

finally the Facebook group is starting to be useful


last 7 days I got 13 new users coming mostly from people who were invited to my Facebook group
Right now I found out that it is effective to a friend the people who just joined the group and after they accept friend requests ask them if they are looking for work and if they are interested to offer them to register on the website. Most people with whom I am dealing have not ever heard about such online jobs. Sometimes the problem is they cannot do simple things like warm-up an account so probably soon I am going to start a youtube channel "made money style" with some case studies and simple "how-to videos" ("how to send 10 ig DM per account per day and don't get banned" style) I hope that with the support of my current audience the channel can quickly start getting some organic traffic.

As for running the bot on my workers - real devices all of them are interested in doing it. But ADB bots require a one-time connection to a computer either rooting the phone. So far this is too complicated for my workers. Plus the majority of them do not have a pc. I found a potential solution for this problem There is an app called "automate" it allows to create custom complicated bots to automate android and it gives almost the same functionality as ADB bots do. Though I am not sure if IG can easily spot that kind of a solution. Can anybody give me a suggestion on that?

How do you get these 'jobs' to give your users?

I found an interesting opportunity that i believe very few people are doing so far. It is to arbitrage microtasks between crowd-tasking platforms =D

I focused on bringing tasks that each user can complete an unlimited number of times every day. This is so I can build a strong community of workers on the website and once it is big enough to open the website for others to post tasks. But now I am not sure if I ever want to open the website for third party peoples tasks since this men power is a great asset to use if I can learn how to manage it for profit.

A few days ago we launched an update to the website's referral system. Now everyone who invites people is getting 10% of his referrals earnings. And it seems like this kind of model is very effective in this business because workers are in fact sharing the platform with their friends and I see many new signups that are coming with 0 effort from my side.

Currently, we have 2-3 active tasks on the platform, each can be repeated unlimited times per day. This way some workers are doing 100-400 reps for a single task per day. and I am not going to increase this number until I will be able to stop paying from my own pocket and finally see some net profit coming.

Currently one of the tasks is about sending messages on one of the biggest sm websites and the other one is about scraping marketing data. My plan is to create a gig on Fiverr where I will offer this service of scraping to others, this way I will have something like a drop-servicing model but from my own website. I should also mention that I am using a semiautomated method. So I have a 24h VDS constantly calculating/processing data to make the tasks available for the workers in the way they are. So the model is in fact quite more complex. This semiautomation makes it possible to bring down as much as possible the rates per completed task. And the humans are only doing that part of a job which is really easier to complete for a human rather than for a robot.

FB made restricted my workers from inviting new people to our FB group (since they were inviting 2-4k new people every day)
But now the FB group is almost 2k and even though we are not promoting it, every day we get 10-20 newbies join organically

Today our platform became monetized. We sold a product that is created on the platform using semiautomation plus crowd tasking.
I am not advertising the website but new workers are coming. They find us on their own. The referral system based on the % of the referrals earnings works great. It is easy to build trust with people when you give them work. Old workers are bringing new workers and are helping them to learn how to do tasks on the platform.



Next steps:
* Stabilize the income stream for the platform. Find more customers for the existing product. Find returning customers. Build trust with customers, gain a good reputation as a seller.

* I am currently building an app that workers will be installing on their phones. All I want to say about this app at the moment is that it automates sending messages and works directly on the worker's smartphone without any ADB or root (which is currently a problem as workers struggle to provide ADB or root). The app is controlled remotely from my server using HTTP. All that the worker has to do is feed the app with accounts and launch it from time to time.

* I am going to start a youtube channel in the MMO niche. I will talk there about my other IM journeys such as media buying but I will also expose a lot more info and guides related to my crowd-tasking platform. I think this youtube channel can potentially drive huge traffic to the website and bring many loyal workers and provide a reliable way to educate the workers.

Going to launch a new task on my platform. My workers will be required to setup YouTube channel with a name like "to make money online click here" and upload one video that introduces my platform and links to the website and My YouTube channel in the description. I scraped thousands of "make money online" videos and filtered those that have 10-42 comments. So I am going to use my workers to mass comment under niche related videos.

several days ago I launched a website with a simple mission - help people around the world to learn how to make extra several dollars per day online. No bullshit. Everything is based only on my own experience and tests. The visitors get a possibility to perform simple online tasks and earn money from that right on my website.

the tasks on the website vary a lot. But some examples would be "create a certain account" or "make a certain post"

actually i think this idea is quite insane. And finally I am doing something useful for the people
