OP - whats your purpose? Just want to buy crypto or you also want to sell & trade?
If you really want to trade in crypto currencies - then you need to register in an exchange - obviously everyone will charge fees to convert your fiat into crypto or to withdraw your crypto.

If you want to buy only as a one-time to pay someone - then its better you buy from LBC or any other online wallet.
Verification is a big hassle if you want to buy through credit card.
Also note if you are buying a small amount - you would end up paying more in fees.

LocalCoinSwap is great, they don't do any KYC themselves. Some individual buyers/sellers do require certain ID verification though but depending on the country you can usually find some who don't.

Then send USDT on TRX network instead of using btc or erc20 network. Alternate way would be to send on Heco or BSC chain as transaction charges would be in cents.

Regarding buying and selling go with binance/huobi as they let you buy and sell via P2P networks all in local currency. You wont get better exchange rates anywhere else.
