Still Banned. How is this possible?

I've been temp banned from a website and no matter how hard I try, I can't get around it! I've tried ccleaner + proxies, I've even checked and cleared the "cookies" the get store via flash. No dice.

Am I using bad proxies or is something else going on here? Open to any suggestions!
