US LLC to open eBay and Amazon accounts

I Live in Tunisia and i planned to buy a stealth Us eBay seller account but i faced the problem of entering Tax ID.
So i think now to open an LLC company in usa and then open eBay and Amazon business seller account.
Does this idea work ? Can I manage m'y eBay and Amazon from Tunisia without changing IP ?

Amazon technically shouldnt have an issue for you using a Tunisia IP, as they allow international sellers onto the US platform, ebay on the other hand now using MP wants you to register in your corresponding country, then you can just list on ebay and put item locaiton in USA, which will show up on ebay.com
For both cases you would not need LLC
