You can have a maximum of 800 pending at any one time.
I've never been banned for this,
and i can have say 15 accounts add 800 per day
It's pretty cool, PM for my contact details if you need anything else.

The friend ids are scraped from groups That have active members then if you have a friend adder bot you can load ids and add them as friends,
useful for many facebook marketers. Hope that answers your question, I do provide friend adding as a service,

And with regards to the captcha, the facebook friend bomber sends friend requests to PVA's without captcha quickly and efficiently, however if non pva it still does get captcha,

the way to solve this problem is buy my friends bot that bypasses the captcha!

You can add 800 friends PVA easily with no captcha's in the way.

For non PVA if you friend request using a bot that uses facebook mobile you can avoid all captcha and add 800 friends. If your interested in purchasing a bot, i know someone that can provide this.

I have heard that Fb will warn you if you mass add friends in a bulk amount

They warn you if you mass add via. email like say 20,000 in one go.
I have never been warned from friend requests to profiles.
This i have done on over 100 accounts to date.
